LANCIA DELTA INTEGRALE 16V, the good successes in terms of sales and in the competitions push Chivasso's House to further raise the bar: in 1989 the Lancia Delta HF Integrale 16V makes its debut, a real springboard towards Evolution. Because under the bonnet the 4 valves per cylinder distribution comes along with a whole series of improvements including the electronically controlled wastegate, which bring the power to 200 cv rounds. Also the breakdown of the pair changes: from 56/44 of the previous version to 47/53 of the 16V. No one in the world can keep up with her.
The EVO 2 In 1993 Maggiora took over the Lancia di Chivasso plants and, together with them, the Deltona production. Externally there are the alloy wheels of 16 and aluminum fuel filler while inside they show off with leather seats and a 3-spoke Momo steering wheel. The heart gains another 5 hp for a total of 215 but even a smaller turbo benefits from low revs, catalyst and lambda probe. Finally, it improves the calibration of the Magneti Marelli control unit as regards the management of the injectors and the headboard is painted red.
The limited and numbered vehicle in the series.
MAINTENANCE: The vehicle has performed an ordinary slip in October 2018 with clutch replacement.
DEFECTS: The vehicle has no obvious defects.
