Vespa Engine: Complete Revision / Remaking
In this announcement we propose:
Review of YOUR Vespa Engine in 5 Days

Virtually your engine is opened and completely refitted, overhauling all parts and replacing any worn or malfunctioning items.
The connecting rod and the bearing are replaced (high speed) if the shaft is still in good condition, ALL the bearings, oil seals, gaskets, o.r. are replaced. discs, spring / s, clutch, flexible couplings, brake shoes, bushing, throttle, piston rings, cylinder polishing check housing bearings, gearbox adjustment, carburetor overhaul, shaft straightening, oil seal seat check, etc.
This excludes any other type of repair of damaged parts (less frequent cases) that can be detected only with the engine open, such as: damaged intake valve, oval bearing housing, gear wear, cracks in the crankcases or missing parts .. .....
In this case you will be immediately informed before "proceeding".

FREQUENT REPAIRS
* Replacement of silent-blocks with steel support (75 euros)
* Valve reconstruction (110 euros)
* Cylinder grinding, piston replacement, bands and segment (85 euros)
* Replacement of the upstream shaft with reinforced bearing (98.00)

1 year from the delivery date

5 working days from the arrival of your engine (shipping not included)
