In this announcement we propose:
Painting / Restoration of Vespa Px Sprint Gl Vbb Vnb GS frame ....
Like any DOC restoration work, the frame is stripped, welded (in case of cracks or cuts), sandblasted, insulated with hyposyl primer, grouted and painted with max mayer paint in the original color, referring to the initials of the frame, year and model.
Custom colors can be painted (zero cost difference)
In some restorations we decided together with the customer to intervene to replace a new shield with footboards. (tig fixing points).
Very smart choice to find yourself an almost new frame !!
Complete assembly on request € 360.00 (new sheaths and wires, engine mounting electrical system)
To evaluate also a complete overhaul of the engine at 380.00 with 1 year WARRANTY (see our website)
The work takes place In the body shop equipped with an oven and qualified personnel specialized in the restoration of vintage cars and motorcycles
timing:
delivery 60 working days from the date of receipt of the frame in the workshop or shipment

* Valve worked in advance and postponed
* Dellorto / Spaco Si 26 ER carburettor
* Reports 23/67 DRT
* Early and rebalanced 60 mm stroke shaft
* Carrying reinforcing material in weak areas and to reduce vibrations
* Fitting transfer between crankcase and cylinder
* Piston worked to increase engine revolutions and lubrication
* Double spring straps
* Clutch basket with reinforcement ring and perforated cups
* Cylinder worked to increase extension and reliability
* SKF C4 bench bearings for high speed
* Multiple gearbox bearing of the SKF C4 spindle for high speed
