Model and Make: 1965 Shelby Cobra Daytona Replica by Factory Five Racing
Chassis: computer designed extremely strong and ultra light (~140 kg) tubular steel frame with period correct 4 inch round tube main rails, integrated 6-point roll cage with cross-bar, riveted CNC cut aluminum panels throughout. All steel powder coated in gloss black.
Body and Paint: Hand laid vinylester composite body with Lexus mica blue paint, GM arctic white stripes and period correct race graphics.
Suspension and brakes: Fully independent front suspension utilizing unequal length upper and lower tubular A-arms with adjustable camber and caster angles. Bilstein coil over rod-end racing shocks with adjustable ride height in front. Solid 8.8" 4 link Ford rear axle with high end Koni adjustable coil over rod end shocks and anti squat geometry. Ford GT 11" disc brakes with twin piston calipers, stainless steel brake lines and adjustable front to rear bias.
Engine: 372xxxxxx6000 rpm and 460xxxxxx4400 rpm Ford 302 cubic inch (5.0L) V8 hydraulic roller block with Keith Black performance hypereutectic pistons at 10.5:1 compression ratio. Forged steel Scat connecting rods and balanced 3 inch stroke crankshaft. Aluminum Edelbrock Performer RPM cylinder heads with 60cc combustion chambers, 170cc intake runners, 60cc exhaust runners, 1.90" intake valves and 1.60" exhaust valves. Edelbrock RPM Air- Gap 302 intake manifold with 600 cfm Edelbrock Performer carburetor. Comp Cams .560" lift and 280 duration camshaft with 1.6 ratio anodized aluminum roller lifters. Ignition handled by MSD Pro billet distributor and MSD ignition controller.
